KANHAN is well equipped with necessary Quality  Control and Assurance systems and equipment. Quality control and assurance plays very vital role in packaging, as its primary responsibility is to secure and guarantee the quality of materials being packed  and this task, however, is not a simple, because it entails a number of checks before we can offer the product for customer. Each person involved in making a product is responsible for making it a quality product. The Quality Department QC&A exist as an audit function within the manufacturing and packaging areas. 

In  KANHAN at each stage of production process the next stage of production is a customer and will involve in the quality assurance and informal certification at that stage itself.  Therefore at each stage of production the continuous quality verification and assurance happens.  Apart from this Q/C takes the responsibility of stage wise random sampling to ensure quality at each stage of production.

Quality department with well trained professionals shall take care of  quality of each and every consignment of raw materials with well registered documentation and failing the quality shall be rejected before material going to the production. Finished product will undergo rigorous quality checks basing on  either standard quality parameter checking or some times depending on need based quality parameter checking suggested by the customers.
